Here’s a seriously awesome 45-minute functional yoga + mobility flow that will help to open your hips, work your core + butt big time, and get you feeling so, so good!

If you’re in the playoff bubble confined to your hotel room or just need an awesome flow to give ya a boost, this is the perfect class to work everything that isn’t working as well as you’d want it to right now. haha. 

This is also a great mobility class for baseball players and athletes in any sport —  since it’s hips focused, it’s beneficial for anyone who has ‘em. What’s also cool about this particular class is that it will soon be available on YogaNotch, a new app that tracks your form using wearable sensors! Woo!

Tracy is a mama (of 4 littles!), wanderlust, seeker of truth and a lover of the beach, hilariously horrible car singing, and really small waves to surf on. She is passionate about wellness inside and out and is a Pilates and e-RYT-200 certified yoga instructor who can’t help herself and takes pictures of yoga poses in random places (airport conveyor belts, tops of tractors, etc). She is married to former MiLB pitcher, Chris Hayes, who is now a private mental performance coach for players and together they also run a web and app development shop. Tracy is also a yoga instructor to several teams during Spring Training and does private yoga sessions the rest of the year.
