10 Minute HIIT Workout
No equipment needed! A perfect quick workout to start your day or squeeze in sometime when you have 10 minutes to spare. Just find yourself some space and follow along with the video. From warmup to cool down, this workout video will take you through each exercise in real time. Get ready to sweat! You will be doing 20 seconds of each exercise followed by a 30 second rest, but you can always pause the video if you need more recovery time. Let's get after it, ladies! GOOD LUCK!
