10 Minute HIIT Workout

No equipment needed! A perfect quick workout to start your day or squeeze in sometime when you have 10 minutes to spare. Just find yourself some space and follow along with the video. From warmup to cool down, this workout video will take you through each exercise in real time. Get ready to sweat! You will be doing 20 seconds of each exercise followed by a 30 second rest, but you can always pause the video if you need more recovery time. Let's get after it, ladies! GOOD LUCK!

Former Division 1 college athlete, current baseball wife, full-time personal trainer (online and in-person) and business owner. Her husband was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in 2014 and spent his last two years in AAA with the Columbus Clippers. She knows first-hand how crazy the baseball lifestyle can be and how difficult it is to reach your own health and fitness goals at the same time. That is why she decided to start her own business that offers online personal training with daily customized workouts for women all over--no matter what equipment you have access to or how crazy your schedule may be during the season or off season. Whether you travel with your husband/BF or not, she can make daily workouts for you on the road, in hotel gyms, full gyms, home workouts, quick bodyweight circuits, or anything that works with your schedule. She wanted to be an accessible personal trainer who could make fitness work for anyone, anywhere. She finds it incredibly rewarding to help people feel good in their own skin, especially other WAGs in this community, and she is thrilled to meet so many new women in the baseball world through her passion for health and fitness.
