Welcome to the Our Baseball Life Mentorship Program!

We are so excited to connect you with your mentor or mentee. The idea behind this program is for MLB or MiLB veteran “Big Sister” WAGS to come alongside and be there to mentor, encourage & offer support to the WAGS who are fresh into the game or working their way through the minor leagues. The support can come in many ways, whether it’s an encouraging text, prayers, a shared experience, a monthly financial amount given, a random Venmo to grab some Starbucks and a pedi after a bad outing or a pick-me-up care package mid season...however you feel led. I think the idea of just having someone who new girls can connect with and understands would be so sweet & special!
