This is one of the absolute best tour companies to choose when looking for guides in Europe! The company is based in America, so they can provide you with full support prior to your trip. Twice a year, in November and again in April/May, they offer discounts. I have been on six different tours with them in Paris, Rome and Florence. On all of them, they went above and beyond to make the tour personal and special. You’ll get special access that even other tour groups do not have. —Victoria Villanti

Great brunch/lunch with lots of delicious, fresh options and friendly service.—Danielle Warren

Healthcare

Dr. Juan Carlos Toral

This pediatrician’s office is American Academy of Pediatrics certified and follows the same vaccine schedule as the US. The office has doctors who speak English and the times that we have had to take our son there, we were more than pleased with their care and professionalism. We always only paid about 3000 pesos, or $60, without insurance. Highly recommend for those bringing little ones to DR! —Molly Marte
