Angie Asche, MS, RD, CSSD

Angie Asche MS, RD, CSSD is a board certified specialist in sports dietetics, certified exercise physiologist, and the owner of Eleat Sports Nutrition®. Since founding Eleat, Angie has worked with hundreds of high school, college, and professional athletes nationwide in MLB, NHL, NFL, and NWSL.

While she works with competitive athletes in a variety of sports, her primary clientele is baseball players.

Her husband, Cody Asche, is a professional baseball player and has played in MLB for the Philadelphia Phillies and Chicago White Sox; so she understands both on a professional and personal level the difficulties these athletes in particular face when it comes to nutrition.
